We know it's still a little early for some, but both Stef and I set up our silver Christmas trees in our homes this last week! Here's a list of things needed to build the perfect vintage Christmas tree:
All you need now are the presents, and you're set!
Side note- Make sure you're smart if you have an aluminum tree and do NOT use strings of lights with it!
Love it :)

ReplyDeletecute.. :) irene wibowo
ReplyDeleteI love your site but please don't tell me you put strand lights on a aluminum Christmas tree..... Unless you want your house to burn down.(check the warnings on the tag.) Find a vintage color wheel or check Home Depot for reproductions that are new this year.
ReplyDeleteI just bought a vintage aluminum christmas tree a few days ago! Thanks for the inspiration!
ReplyDeleteGossip Mom-oh goodness no! We just couldn't do a Christmas tree post without lights and light reflectors! :)Maybe we'll leave a little note somewhere so people don't get the wrong idea!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see your tree done !
ReplyDeleteI love vintage ornaments and tree toppers, as well! Some of my most prized ornaments were a gift from my grandparents -- a set that was from their very first Christmas tree!

I am so unbelieveably jealous of all your amazing vintage christmas decorations. In a good way of course ;-)
