I won't walk down the street yelling 'I hate your hair!' or 'Did you get dressed in the dark!?' Rather, I plan to be more truthful in my needs and faults, and to answer questions with true answers.
I've added to that resolution - that 'be honest with myself' statement is working already! - by including:
1. be more patient with the world
2. blog at least once a day
3. take a photo every day
4. donate to charity monthly

Definitely to get the sewing machine out of the box its been in since I bought it 2 (possibly 3, yikes!) ago and to make more (any) homemade meals ... and to plan meals every week ... and be more organized ... and not leave the dishes in the sink ...

Well I made 14 new years resolutions but the most important is to be happier with my life and not be as negative.

- Get back to Florida - Tampa or Orlando
- Make a home for my family
- Get a good job
- Get back to school
- Open up the ‘Dear Lily’ shop
- Check off at least 10 items from my ‘101 in 1001’ list
To live in the present and enjoy every minute of it!
ReplyDeleteMy new years resolution is to read at least 2 novels a month. I also want to spend more time with my kids and less time on the computer.
ReplyDeleteI only have one resolution this year- swear less. Not eliminate it from my vocabulary completely, but maybe throw just slightly few F-bombs around.
ReplyDeleteMy resolution is to have more courage - I'm forever grabbing cute vintage goodies that I love, but lack the courage to wear most of them, thus far - argh! Must change that this year!! :)
