In 1938, Gebhard W. Keny & W.J. Braley founded what was Columbus Plastics Company with only 4 employees. In 1946 they changed the name to Lustro Ware and manufactured over 300 kitchen & household products. These are some of our favorites...
We would love the entire matching set!
Lustro Ware came in the prettiest colors, like this turquoise juicer!
This is the most dreamy paper towel holder ever!
So, the next time you're at your local thrift shop, keep your eyes peeled for Lustro Ware! It's hard to find with the letters intact! Happy hunting!
Ahh, so pretty! I love the salt & pepper pots and the beautiful mint green recipe box!
ReplyDeleteCatherine, XO.
These are seriously so cute. There is this restaurant by where I live where they collection all different salt and pepper shakers. Sometimes I go in there just to look haha.

ReplyDeleteI think I have spotted some of these babies at our store here in town. Too bad they are close for months as they are working in their store. I am keeping my eye out for these babies. It's beautiful! Hoping to score me some lovelies!
ReplyDeleteOh man, all of these are so cute! I think the recipes box is my favorite!
