A rainbow of radios!

Like most vintage enthusiasts, we have a huge weakness for colorful vintage radios! They all have such an interesting unique design that isn't seen anymore in modern electronics. We would proudly display any of these beauties on our shelves for everyone to admire:

  1. We had one like #9 growing up and my sister still has it. My daddy bought it to get his and my mom's credit established (back in the late 50's I think). It was only a few dollars and they paid only a few cents every week.

  6. I love this! Thanks so much for using Etsy vintage finds to promote, it is so nice of you, and a way cool way for us to see your blog and your "life". It's like watching a movie...I love it! You are living most girls' dream to have such a best friend, and to experience things together you are both passionate about!! Much success and peace and love to you both!!

I want to say #7 is my fave, looks like big eyes..mine is #6 and just wanted you all to know a little history. This was on the beach at Cuba during the Bay of Pigs in early 60's!! My husband was in the Navy Sea Bees and they were dug in, not knowing what was going to happen next, and this was his lifeline back to Miami...cool huh? ((hugs)) Gigi
