I can't believe the long weekend is over and August is well under way! This past week was a quick and busy one, but a great week nonetheless.
The last week has been a complete blur, but a good one! It started out with going to see Beyonce and
Jay Z with a great group of ladies including my good pal Amy.
Then I got news that I may be able to spend my Winter at my favorite place on Earth: at Seaflower on Koh Phangan. Stef and I are going back in less than three months for a quick trip, but I may be able to be the bartender at Heaven bar! It's all quite up in the air at the moment, due to the military government in Thailand, but i'm crossing my fingers, because it truly would be a dream come true! I have nothing holding me back from going, so we'll see what happens!
Zoe & I had offered to help out at Stef's brother Dan and his bride to be Stacey with their wedding planning, but mostly with the set up on the day of, and making their vision come to life. It was a whirlwind of a day, but we had so much fun and it went off without a hitch (except for them getting hitched of course!) and I definitely see a lot more wedding planning in my future! Stef will be sharing more photos from the special day later this week, so keep an eye out!
They had tiny pot of honey in different flavours as a gift to every guest, which was pretty sweet!
My to do list on the morning of the wedding was quite a few pages long, but somehow Zoe and I (with the help of a couple of others) managed to pull it off, pretty flawlessly I must say! The bride was so extremely organized, it made my job pretty easy.
Until next time, J.Lo the wedding planner is signing off.
Xo, Erin
